Founded in 2025 by Nora Riddle, the advisory and consulting practice draws on her nearly 10 years of public policy and client relations experience, including experience in government and the private sector.
Prior to founding her own practice, Nora served as a Multilateral Economic Policy Advisor in the Secretary’s Office of Global Women’s Issues at the U.S. Department of State. Her role as a key negotiator for women’s rights led her to the global stage, representing U.S. interests at the highest levels of the G20 and APEC. While in the Secretary’s Office of Global Women’s Issues, Nora coordinated with the entire U.S. interagency, including the White House, National Security Council, Gender Policy Council, and U.S. Trade Representative. Her public policy and public affairs experience includes working with governments, advocacy groups, private sector, and international organizations, including the UN, G7, G20, and APEC.
Previously, Nora worked as a Chief of Staff at Deloitte where she supported senior partners in business strategy, financial growth, and public affairs. During her time as a Chief of Staff she developed and implemented a successful return to office while doubling the size of her practice area and continuing to grow profit.
